Grief can change the way we think, feel, remember, relate, and move through everyday life. Memorable events and moments that once brought laughter may now “sting” and cause hope to feel unattainable, but healing does not require forgetting.
From Grief 2 Glory™ (G2G™) is a faith-based, evidence-informed, trauma-aware grief education and peer-support experience created to help individuals better understand grief, navigate loss with compassion, and begin moving toward healing and wholeness. Through faith, education, self-compassion, and the strength of supportive community, the pain attached to remembrance can change; not because the person, relationship, season, or loss matters any less, but because grief will no longer possess the power to overwhelm every memory.
