A multi-faceted woman with a love for God, His Living Word, Wisdom, Life, & People...

Sonja L. Hall Mahoney (pen-name SonjaLisa®) is a multi-ethnic, Creative spirit with an affinity &

appreciation for culture because of who she is, not in spite of it. She values interpersonal Relationship with God as Father, and as such, values relationships with mankind. Wisdom is the Love of her life, and she seeks Understanding daily for practical living. Sonja was raised in the Local Assembly, where her grooming for leadership and life’s purpose began.  Ironically, it wasn’t until she found herself on the outside of what had been so familiar and a haven for her,

that she came to know Christ as The Living Word. Through Him, she began experiencing Life through the New Covenant [Heb. 8:10-13] of Intimacy & Interpersonal Relationship with God and the awesomeness of His divine Love, Mercy, Compassion, & Grace. It has been her passion ever since to touch others with the same Love that He touched her.

Professionally, Sonja is the Founder, Administrator, & Senior Advisor of Light House Genesis (LHG) Global, Intl., Inc., and is credentialed as a  Board-Certified Pastoral Counselor,  Advanced Certified Professional Life Coach, and Certified Mental Health Coach with concentrations in Spiritual Development and Empowerment, Mental Health Coaching, Interpersonal Communications, Transitional Life and Breakthrough Coaching. She coaches ages 14 & up and works with individuals, couples, families and special populations.  A retired Nurse and life-long caregiver, Sonja is 

extremely passionate  about support, advocacy, and outreach for Seniors, their families and caregivers,  particularly those impacted by Alzheimer's and Dementia.  She currently serves as Chair for the Charles County local Chapter's 2024 Annual" Walk 2End Alzheimer's" premiere event and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.  Covering both ends of life's spectrum, Sonja is equally passionate about the holistic wellbeing of today's youth and special populations succumbed to oppression and suppressed by root issues manifesting in various forms of dysfunctional behavior ( whether addictive, destructive, sadistic, exploitative, etc.).  Her heart is one of empathy and unconditional love... grace, mercy, and truth. Sonja possesses the desire  to embrace others the way God's Love embraces her daily...

Sonja is an Entrepreneur, CEO of SonLisa™Co., Inc., the parent company of "All Things SonLisa™", including SonLisa™ Media & Communications and SonLisa™ Wellness All-Natural Skincare.  She is a published Author of Poetry & books. Her most popular book to date, “Nothing But the Oil...Crossing the Threshold to Kingdom Destiny” is temporarily out of circulation but will be available again on Amazon and other platforms together with  new releases in the Fall of 2024.  She currently hosts a  Blog, "ASCEND WITH SONJALISA®" and is the Facilitator of "BreakThru™ Empowerment Thursday's", a Master Life Enrichment Group. She is an Inspirational  Public Speaker who welcomes the opportunity to share  God's Kingdom Message of Love, Light, and Life with "whomsoever will".
